For some people this might be a therapeutic injury massage Medical Massage, Stretching Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial Sacral Sports Massage, Myofascial Release Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal Massage- with pillow to lay on tummy. , for others, this could be relaxing soft pressure Swedish - the choice is yours. Hot Stone (back only) The hot stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. Foot wash may included, along with heated tables.

She is licensed with the State of Colorado, also been a professional member of the AMBP. She also worked for a company, Steiner, they are the number one spa on all of the cruise ships around the world. She has traveled around the Hawaiian Islands. She has received the experience of a life time for being a massage therapist. As a Massage Therapist, Jen has spent her adult life dedicated to helping those around her. She is a Air Force Veteran who worked as a Mental Health Technician for 8 years. After her service in the military, she found that the healing power of Massage was her life’s calling. Graduating from the Aveda Institute of Denver for Massage Therapy in 2019, she is experienced in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, Medium pressure, Swedish, Reflexology, and adolescent massage. She is a professional member of ABMP.

Aubery CMT
Aubery was born in Denver and raised in the Westminster/Broomfield area. When I was younger, I was always interested in healthcare and Anatomy, and I was curious how the body worked. I began doing Massage Therapy in October 2002 when I graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe AZ.
My style of massage is fluid, connected and relaxing but therapeutic and detailed. I use a combination of techniques that best fits the needs of the patient. Even though everybody has very similar muscle structure, organs, and bone structure, every patient has unique needs and goals.
Some patients need deeper pressure and need more focused work on one specific area, as in auto accident patients and injury or surgery recovery. Other patients need more relaxation and time to allow their mind and muscles to unwind.
Through years of experience encompassing a wide variety of massage techniques and settings, I have developed a unique style that is excellent at providing relief, regardless of the pain symptoms.

I am a licensed massage therapist with 13 years of experience. I started my career in Florida for 8 years before I moved to the beautiful state of Colorado. When I was in Florida I was involved with the FSMTA (Florida State Massage Therapy Assoc). My involvement with the organization allowed me observe demonstrations on techniques for massage. This allowed me to broaden my scope of practice from even what I learned in massage school.
I am very proficient in deep tissue and apply various techniques from myofascial and neuromuscular techniques for optimum results. This allows me to get into the deeper layers of the tissue without having to apply an exuberant amount of pressure. My personal pressure gauge ranges from feather stroke to bone crusher. Whichever you prefer, because after all the sessions are custom fit for you. Which leads me to my next statement. I am trained and certified in lymphatic drainage through MLD Institute in fort Lauderdale, Florida. In addition to this, I also have basic understanding and reflexology which I can add these skills into a session if needed and or requested.
